Healing Women Veterans is a survivor-led organization providing educational resources, peer support, community, and guidance for women veterans impacted by Military Sexual Trauma (MST). The information on this Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, psychological, or VA claims advice.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Advice

The content on this Site, including but not limited to resources, guides, courses, and community discussions, is intended to be supportive and educational. It is not a substitute for:

Professional mental health or medical care
Legal advice from a licensed attorney
Accredited VA claims representation from a VSO, attorney, or claims agent
Crisis intervention or emergency services

3. Eligibility

Healing Women Veterans is committed to maintaining a safe, trauma-informed, and judgment-free community. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend or terminate any user's access to the community or Site if they violate our Community Code of Conduct or these Terms, including but not limited to:

Retraumatizing or triggering content shared without appropriate warning
Minimizing or dismissing another member's experience
Sharing graphic or explicit content related to sexual trauma without consent
Any behavior that threatens the safety or wellbeing of community members

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course materials, guides, downloadable resources, and the MST VA Claim Starter Kit, is the property of Healing Women Veterans and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from this Site without our written permission
Sell or commercially exploit any content from this Site
Use our name, logo, or branding without prior written consent

7. Courses and Paid Services

Where we offer paid courses, programs, or services, the following applies:

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase
Course access is for personal use only and may not be shared or transferred
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue course content at any time
Any refund policy will be clearly stated at the time of enrollment
